Notes from the August 1^st Board of Directors Meeting:  

The board approved a slate of candidates for the September elections, discussed membership, monthly meetings, and confirmed a tentative schedule of quarterly meetings for the 2019-2020 year.  Guy Sanschagrin will be facilitating discussion at our September meeting regarding general business from the annual board meeting and gathering member input regarding quarterly meetings, speakers and topics, and more.  Some potential topics we discussed for the coming year:

• Forensic accounting – part 2 (building off of Joe and Ginger’s excellent session last year)
• Expert witness testimony (preparation, skills, etc.) – discussion led by an attorney or judge
• Important valuation cases or case studies

Please plan to participate in this important discussion and planning meeting!  We value your engagement.
