Notes from the August 5^th Board of Directors Meeting:  

Our annual Board of Directors Meeting was held virtually on August 5^th, 2021.  The board put together a slate of candidates for the September elections, discussed membership, monthly meetings, and confirmed a tentative schedule of quarterly meetings for the 2021-2022 year.  Joshua Johnson will be leading our remote September meeting, including voting on the slate of candidates and other general business from the annual board meeting.  We will also gather member input on meeting format for future meetings to gauge interest and sentiment around the possibility of in person meetings.
