Notes from the August 24^th Board of Directors Meeting:

• The board approved a slate of candidates for the September elections, discussed membership, monthly meetings, and the annual Business Valuation Conference, and confirmed a schedule of monthly meetings for the 2017-2018 year. John Heidebrecht will be facilitating discussion at our September meeting regarding general business from the annual board meeting and gathering member input regarding monthly meetings, speakers and topics, the annual conference, and more.  Please plan to participate in this important discussion and planning meeting!  We value your opinion.
