General Business:

Board Meeting – the Board met on August 21, 2013.  Among items on the agenda:

• approved a slate of candidates for 2013-2014
• accepted the proposed meeting schedule for the coming year
• set up the BV-24 Planning Committee and scheduled a kick-off meeting (9/17/2013)
• annual membership dues will remain the same ($100/year)
• Schechter Dokken Kanter has graciously agreed to continue hosting the monthly meetings
