Presentation by Jennifer Schiefert and Cassandra Elgersma summarizing highlights of the 2014 AICPA Forensic & Valuation Services Conference
General Business:
- The chapter elected its 2014-2015 Board of Directors at the October 16 monthly meeting.
Jennifer Schiefert was elected President and new chapter member Mark Dominik was elected Secretary/Treasurer. We are still looking for one individual to serve as Chapter Vice President. Other board members elected included: Mike Meagher, John Heidebrecht, Dick Thorsen, Heather Burns, Bill Herber, Joe Kenyon, Ginger Knutson, and Karen Kritta. Contact Jennifer Schiefert or Cathy Hickman if you are interested in the Vice President role.
- Thank you to Dick Thorsen for his thorough overview of the annual NACVA Conference and his offer to share presentation materials with chapter members.
- No presentation is scheduled for the monthly meeting in January. The group decided to view a recorded webinar and have discussion in January. This newsletter contains information on webinars that may be viewed and discussed during the January meeting. Please send your webinar suggestions to Jennifer Schiefert or Cathy Hickman.
