October 18, 2012 Meeting – Recap
- IRS Update
Robin Ruegg, Engineering Territory Manager for the IRS, presented an overview of recent restructuring efforts within the IRS. She also walked the group through the audit process. Robin answered questions relating to when and how one might request that a BV-trained engineer be part of the audit team; what training BV engineers receive; how to decide when to take an audit to the next level; and when to appeal. Thanks, Robin!
- Program Committee Survey
Response to the Appraiser Roundtable survey sheets was excellent, with many good ideas for speakers and topics. Survey information has been collated and a summary will be available for review.
