Next Meeting:  Joint Summer Social with the ASA on Tuesday, June 11^th

Place:                 TopGolf, 6420 North Camden Avenue, Brooklyn Center, MN

Time:                  6:00 – 8:00 PM

Agenda:             Join us for an evening of games and refreshments!  All members of the MABVP and Twin Cities Chapter of the ASA are welcome to enjoy this complimentary event, featuring 2 hours of play at TopGolf, accompanied by food and beverages.  Please RSVP no later than Monday, June 3rd.  We hope to see you there!

Notes from the May 16^th Meeting and Beyond:  

• Joe Kenyon and Ginger Knutsen from Schechter Dokken Kanter (SDK) presented on what to do when performing a business valuation and there are allegations or suspicions of financial improprieties.  Thank you Joe and Ginger for sharing your expertise!

• The June Social Event will comprise the final event of the 2018-2019 year for the MABVP membership.  We will look forward to seeing each of you in September for our annual business meeting following August’s board meeting.  The date for the September meeting is tentatively set for Thursday, September 19^th from 12:00 to 1:30 pm (pending board approval).

• We are now accepting nominations for MABVP officers and board members.  We would like to encourage everyone to serve.  Please send all nominations by email to Natalie Mandley, who will be following up with an email reminder requesting nominations.
