Agenda: Business meeting and Chapter elections followed by presentation

General Business from May 21 meeting:

• Heather Burns has accepted the position of Chapter Treasurer. Congratulations Heather!
• 2015 BV Conference – MABVP’s share of the 2015 Annual BV Conference was $1,148.66.
• Two potential dates for the 2016 BV Conference have been reserved at the University of St. Thomas Minneapolis campus. We will get confirmation on one of the two dates in October. The two dates that have been reserved are Tuesday, April 26, 2016 and Friday, April 29, 2016.
• There are no Chapter meetings June through August.  Have a fun-filled summer.

May 21 presentation notes:

Members at the May 21 meeting watched a portion of a webinar, To Err is Human: Avoiding Common Valuation Mistakes, presented by Kevin R. Yeanoplos, CPA/ABV/CRR, ASA. The group had discussion on the webinar content after the viewing.
