Michael Gregory will speak on the IRS audit procedure

General Business:

• At the January 15 meeting, Michael Gregory presented highlights of the Canadian Institute of Certified Business Valuers and the American Society of Appraisers joint business valuation conference that took place October 27-29, 2014. Thank you Mike.
• Longtime MABVP member Richard Thorsen was presented a Lifetime Service Award and a $200 gift at the February 4, 2015 Business Valuation Conference at the University of St. Thomas. Congratulations Dick and thank you for all your contributions over the years!
