Thank you: we thoroughly enjoyed Ginger Knutsen and Jennifer Schiefert’s presentation describing alternate strategies for deriving minority interests in operating companies. The group listened to selected sections from Jim Hitchner’s AICPA DLOM session, offering opinions based on experience and individual or firm practices. As always, the questions of when, if, how, and what to discount do not have precise answers.
Welcome: the group voted unanimously to accept Guy Sanschagrin’s application for membership. Over the last few years, Guy has attended our monthly meetings and the annual business valuation conference. He has also shared his knowledge of transfer pricing with our local BV groups. Welcome, Guy.
