Time: Noon – 1:30 PM

Agenda: This meeting will feature an open forum discussion on a variety of topics of interest right now in the industry.  Bring your knowledge, bring your questions, and be ready to discuss things like: 

• Application of the mid-year convention to a capitalization rate
• Selling cost adjustments to real estate appraisals
• Pre-tax and post-tax interest rates
• Determining supportable officer compensation
• Determining the debt and equity weightings in a WACC build-up
• Using terminal value calculations in determining value indications

Notes from the September 19th Meeting:  

• Congratulations to our recently elected officers and board members for the 2019-2020 year.  Many are returning to fill these positions while a few fresh faces have been added.  Thank you for your service to our organization!

• As of the 2019-2020 year, annual membership dues will increase by $5 to $185 per year.  The change will be reflected in the annual invoice you will receive shortly.
• Invite a colleague to one of our upcoming meetings!  We have crafted a customizable invitation letter that you can send to anyone who may be interested in networking with others in the industry and hearing excellent presentations on current and relevant topics.
