Thank you: to Mike Meagher for moderating the BVR webinar: “Valuing Early Stage Companies.” Mike Pellegrino of Pellegrino & Associated, LLC, presented an in-depth discussion of these types of companies, suggested how one might apply the approaches to value for a start-up, how to apply and justify discounts, and what reasonableness tests the valuation professional uses when valuing a start-up company.
