Thanks to ASA for hosting the joint ASA-MABVP meeting in March.  This session was well attended and very informative.  Mike Gregory’s fast-paced presentation took us through recent court cases, the more common problems encountered when using various discounting methods, and general guidelines to consider when developing discounts.  Thanks, Mike

February 6, 2013 – 23^rd Annual Business Valuation Conference Expense Report:

We are in receipt of the final bills for the conference.  A complete summary of revenues and expenses will be available at the May meeting.
