December 20, 2012 Meeting – Recap

Ingo Schulz, from Prestwick Partners, presented not only an update on M&A activity, but also two recent sales.  Following an overview of each transaction, he invited participants to guess the sales multiple.  Heather Burns, winner of the first round, won a $50 gift certificate.  We had two winners for the second round, Tom Helling and Mike Meagher, and only one gift certificate remaining!  Tom took home the $25 gift certificate and Ingo provided an additional prize to Mike.  Thanks, Ingo, for sharing your thoughts on the M&A market and preparing two transactions for us.

Ongoing Items:

Joe Kenyon distributed a copy of our new Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws.  A motion was made and seconded to accept the changes presented with latitude to make minor adjustments as necessary in order to meet the 12/31/2012 filing deadline.
