About Thomas Helling

Thomas Helling MBA, CPA, MCBA (Emeritus) is President of EquityView. EquityView helps execs and investors grow equity and succeed in transitions. Mr. Helling facilitated over 600 successful ownership transitions and 300 business plans (98.6% success ratio). This involved valuation, brokerage and negotiation in 20 states. He was co-founder and strategist for Image Guided Neurologics which sold to Medtronic in 2005. Tom co-founded CEO Solutions which sold in 2006 after 25 years in business. He was a co-founder of the organization.
