About Patrick K. Schmidt

Patrick Schmidt, ASA, MBA is the President of Value Consulting Group.
Mr. Schmidt has been providing business valuation and litigation support services since 1991, completing more than 4,000 business valuations over the past 26 years. Value Consulting Group provides valuation services for ESOPs, tax planning and estates, financial reporting, marital dissolution and management planning purposes. Mr. Schmidt is a frequent speaker on valuation issues and is a former adjunct instructor of finance for the University of St. Thomas MBA program.
