Mr. Sullivan is Chief Executive Officer of Sullivan, Ltd, a business valuation and CPA firm. Sullivan, Ltd serves clients throughout Minnesota, the Midwest and across the United States, and specializes in business valuation/appraisal services for companies in the transportation, manufacturing, construction, retail, real estate management, medical technology, services, and other industries. Kevin consults with clients about ownership changes among family members or management, potential acquisitions, sale of their business, business strategy and profitability improvement. Sullivan, Ltd provides business valuations for acquisitions or sale of a business, financial planning, gift and estate tax purposes, shareholder dispute resolution, and other matters. Kevin graduated from the University of Minnesota and holds the Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA) designation by the American Society of Appraisers and the Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV) credential issued by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He is also a certified public accountant.
