About Joshua Johnson

Joshua has been in the business valuation industry since in 2009 after earning a B.A. in Finance from the University of St. Thomas. Joshua’s responsibilities include preparing valuations and market analyses of business enterprises and intangible property rights. Appraisal assignments have included: minority and control valuations of pass through entities, service, retail, manufacturing, and wholesaling businesses operating as undivided interests/Tenants in Common, limited partnerships, family limited partnerships, limited liability companies, C Corporations, and S Corporations. These assignments have included: establishing shareholder buy/sell agreements, ESOP reporting, gifting, estate planning (pre and post factum), marital dissolution, conservation easements, shareholder disputes, SBA 7(a) and 504 loan financing, and internal management decision making. Joshua has also been engaged as a consultant to determine fairness, feasibility, and damages, along with other assignments. He is an active Accredited Senior Appraiser with the American Society of Appraisers.
