Mr. Heidebrecht is recognized for his unique ability to manage complex business valuation, intangible asset valuation, non-marital asset tracing, commercial damages, lost profit, and other litigation support engagements while making potentially confusing issues easy for his clients to understand. John is a Shareholder at ValuationUSA®. He has performed hundreds of business valuations related to privately-held companies and intangible assets in a variety of venues in numerous industries with annual revenues ranging from $0 (start-up) to over $1 billion. John specializes in litigation support, having provided expert testimony and functioning as the court-appointed neutral expert on several occasions.

John earned a BSB in Finance and an MBA with a concentration in Finance. He is a board member of the MABVP and is an Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA) of the American Society of Appraisers, having served two terms as President of the ASA Twin Cities Chapter.
