Charles Miller (nickname Chuck Miller) is a Business Appraiser and Founder of Affirmed Valuation Services LLC; a provider of business valuation services to closely held businesses. The current business focus is providing business valuations for potential change of ownership transactions for small businesses (SBA financing) and other management planning purposes. Chuck has conducted business valuations for companies across a wide range of industries with annual revenues ranging from start-up to over $700 million. Assignments have been prepared for a wide range of purposes including SBA financing, estate planning, management consulting, buy-sell agreements, employee compensation plans, shareholder disputes, divorces, litigation, mergers and acquisitions, financial reporting, S-Corporation election, and damage calculations.
