Time:  Noon – 1:30 PM

Agenda:

• Jeffrey Wright of Corporate Finance Associates will present details from two business sales and meeting participants will submit their guess as to the sale price of each business.  Gift cards will be awarded to the attendees who submit the guess closest to the actual sale price.
• We will begin the meeting with a few items of business.  Most importantly, we are proud to make a presentation to our newest Honorary Life Member, Tom Helling.  Tom was recommended to this honor during our summer board meeting and was approved by unanimous vote to receive a lifetime membership for his years of service to the organization and to the industry as well.  Congratulations Tom!
• In addition to the usual valuation contest, there will also be an ugly sweater contest.  Pull out the tinsel and reindeer antlers and see if your look can win you the prize!

Notes from the November 15th Meeting:

• Randy Gullickson, attorney at Anthony Ostlund Baer & Louwagie, was the speaker for the November meeting presentation. He shared insights on the expert witness’ role and best practices as an expert witness.  The examples from Mr. Gullickson’s litigation experience and the question and answer time were very informative.  Thank you, Randy for sharing your expertise with us!  For anyone who wanted to review the presentation materials, please contact Natalie at the email address below.
